Walking Paths Paved walking paths and sidewalks line the mature tree-lined entrances to the neighborhood along Peppermint Drive and Sumpter Way, providing a shaded and beautiful walking route. Dog waste stations are positioned along these paths to aid our responsible dog owners. On the south end of the neighborhood, a gravel pathway follows 8-Mile Creek for about 1/3 of a mile. Watch ducklings play in the shade, spot hawks and owls, and listen to red-winged blackbirds call as you take a stroll or head out for a jog.
Neighborhood Elementary School Pepper Ridge Elementary School is located inside the Pepper Hills Subdivision.
